Why should I register in Healthy Scoop?
In oder to deliver your order some itlems are needed such as address, telephone, e-mail. Also, by registering in Healthy Scoop you get faster check out without having to declare each time the same data, you access your order history, you can create your own Wish List and have as many delivery addresses you wish.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
In the entry form and under the password field click the link “Forgot my password”. On the page that appears enter your e-mail and you will receive an e-mail with instructions to create a new password.
How do I order from Healthy-Scoop;
From Healthy-Scoopyou can order anytime on line, by clicking the “Add to chart” link next to each product.
How do I get informed abou the progress of my order?
When you have completed your order, after a few minutes you are being sent an automated message with the order number. After we receive your order we begin the process and its execution. After 1-2 days you will be sent an e-mail informing you that your order is on its way to you. You can also call us to210-2014306 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to inform you about the progress.
Can I pick up my order from your site?
Of course you can! Call us at 210-2014306 or send us an to email@example.com to arrange a day and time that suits you. You shall need to have your order confirmation with you as it will be proved. You receipt will be handed to you with the product delivery.
Can I cancel my order from Healthy-Scoop;
Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Ypou can call us to 210-2014306 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us about the cancellation you want to do.
How can I return products to Healthy-Scoop;
You might receive a defective product and need to return it back to us. The procedure is easy. The product must be packed and accompanied by transaction documents (receipt). Within 15 days the return is free of charge and after 15 days until 30 days the charge is yours.
Is it safe to pay by credit card in Healthy-Scoop;
The page you make your transaction and give your credit card date is a specially secured page with the bank we work with. Your credit card numebr is always encoded and not stored in our system for any reason.
Can someone else collect my order from Healthy-Scoop;
Yes, he only has to sign the special receipt form provided by the courier.
What about the warranty of each product?
The warrantly conditions are valid for each product provided that the receipt is being kept.
Can my order be sent to another address?
Yes, the delivery address can be different from your address. For that reason fill in the relevant field the requested data. That is why there are two different forms of data, one for your own data (billing information) and one for delivery data.
Be careful, in case you choose “Cash on delivery ” the payment will be made by the person who delivers.
Can the product be packed as a gift?
Certainly, it can be packed as a gift. When you reach the shopping chart area you can choose the relevant field. There is no extra charge. Note that in case of a gift you cannot choose as payment method Cash on delivery.
